In collaboration with CREW Land & Trust, Andrew's Anthem is now offering mental health hikes.  

 

Build confidence, strengthen connections with nature, make new friends and learn ways to relieve stress utilizing transformative mindfulness practices.

Our first hike will be on World Mental Health Day!

Location: 4600 Corkscrew Road (Crew Marsh Trails)

Date: Saturday, October 10th

Time: 9am-12pm

​

Ages: 10-24 years old

​

Registration Limit: 17 hikers

​

​
