Let's Get Groovy!
Wednesdays - 6pm-7pm EST
This online Zoom series is intended for middle school, high school and college students. The main goal is to create connections, support one another and develop resilience.
Neuroscience shows how when we practice mindfulness, we have direct access to fully experiencing true well-being. Through this practice, we are able to physically change the structure and function of the brain. This allows us to increase our determination, compassion, self-compassion, gratitude and overall happiness regardless of what is going on in the world around us.
How amazing that when we open ourselves to present moment experiences, we begin to deepen our "happiness brain grooves!"
We will get to explore this together in innovative and cool ways, followed by open discussion which foster connections and resilience.
