MBSR Course Registration
The cost of the program is priced as a sliding scale. Please pay at the highest level of the sliding scale that you can afford. This allows others who need to pay less the opportunity to attend.

The 8 week course meets once weekly and will be offered on 2 different evenings for your convenience.

Orientation: Sunday, 1/13 and Thursday 1/17
​
Sundays: Jan 27th - March 17th from 4pm to 6:30pm
​
Thursdays: Jan 31st - March 21st from 6:30pm to 9pm
​
The all day silent retreat will be March 9th from 9am to 4pm. Location TBD
